About WCCA

The Whatcom County Cruising Association is a fun loving, family oriented, non-profit car club open to all types of vehicles of all years. We are 60+ members strong, whose only requirement is an interest in cars, community, and the desire to have fun while helping our community.

Every year our club puts on three (3) car shows in Ferndale, WA. Our Spring Car Show is held the first full weekend in May. The Firecracker Car Show takes place the second full weekend in July. The Fall Car Show takes place on Labor Day every year. The support of community by trophy sponsorship and other donations is very deeply appreciated. Any profit goes back into the community via such programs as Ferndale Food Bank, Boys and Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, Vietnam Veterans Chapter #165, and Project Santa Claus.

We hope that you will stop by one of our car shows or one of the numerous other ones held in Washington state or Canada. It’s always fun to take a walk down memory lane while enjoying the loving hard work and dedication that goes into preserving the automobiles of our past.

We have a kickoff meeting in March. We meet regularly on the first and third Wednesdays, April through October. The first Wednesdays are only a meeting starting at 7pm. The third Wednesdays have a pot luck starting at 6pm and meeting starting at 7pm. Meetings are held in the community room at The Cedars RV Resort in Ferndale, WA.

Would you like to join our club? You must attend two (2) events or meetings and submit a membership application with initial dues of $20 for an individual or $25 for a couple.
